My Dad and Mom. Ang saya saya nila! kasi naman tapos na kalbaryo sa gastusin! (pero hingi parin ako ng allowance after that day... tapos may Internship pa. :).

After our graduation in Saint Louis University. But, after that day we still attended our regular duties in the Department of Medicine for the fulfillment of the course required as Medical Clerks. Kaya there's no such thing as "final graduation". We still have to finish "COWE" (comprehensive oral and written examinations). Ask the staff and faculty during our time...medyo controversial ang batch namin :).

This was after my "oath taking" ceremonies. Well, now i know what is hippocratic oath. This was taken in the lobby of PICC, Manila.

Tetralogy of Fallot... Patient in Medical Department with circumoral cyanosis ( clear picture of patient with TOF). Patient is 24 years old female. I read about this case for my admission conference the following day.Thanks to Harrison 15th ed and gave me some answers to my queries.

Mam Fanny and Dra. Annete during the epidemic of SARS (Still remember March 2003?). This was taken during my rotation in the Department of Medicine JBLMRH San fernando, Pampanga, Philippines.

My patient in JBL. He tried to burn himself with petroleum gas. I think he was desperate because of the inflation rate of petroleum products in the Philippines and ofcourse family matters. I tried to intubate this patient...But eventually, he died probably because of his age and suffocation and the degree of burn he sustained. (taken last November 2002 in ER JBL Surgical Department).
