My patient in JBL. He tried to burn himself with petroleum gas. I think he was desperate because of the inflation rate of petroleum products in the Philippines and ofcourse family matters. I tried to intubate this patient...But eventually, he died probably because of his age and suffocation and the degree of burn he sustained. (taken last November 2002 in ER JBL Surgical Department).
